The Follow-Up
The second card is where the deals are.

What gets written
Hi [First Name], I wrote to you about [Property Address] a few weeks back and wanted to try once more. Still interested if you have a moment. Call or text me. [Your Phone] Kind Regards, [Your Name]

Why it works
Even an owner who threw the first card away now believes you have written twice, which reads as persistence rather than as a blast. If you have genuinely closed something nearby, adding a postscript that says so is the strongest line you can put on this card. We leave it out of the default because we cannot know whether it is true for you, and a specific claim that is not true is worse than no claim at all.
Who it is for
A list you mailed three to four weeks ago. Send this to everyone, including the people who did not respond. Only send it to a list you really have mailed before: the card says so in your handwriting.
The list to pull
The exact list from your previous drop. Do not clean out the non-responders; they are the point.
